Castell Dinas Bran, sometimes know as Crow Castle in English, towers above the town of Llangollen and the Dee Valley. It dates from the 13th century and whilst only a small part of the ruins remain it’s a wonderfully photogenic castle. Photographed from the Panorama walk it looks spectacular and even better when early morning mists swirl around the hillside.
